Your insulin dose with Ketogenic diet?

Hey,

What is your daily insulin dose with Ketogenic diet? What insulin and how many units? How much insulin reduction did you make when you started the Ketogenic diet?

Hi @kaup, From experience as a T1D, not as professional advice or opinion.
Each person's insulin type and dosage is tailored to that person depending on many factors, one, but only one, of which is diet.
I am very reluctant to make comparisons between one person's insulin requirements and my own.
Trends can be interesting and informative as one perhaps changes diet, or adjusts for exercise but absolute figures are rarely so, in my view.
