Just done a meter reading 3 hours after ham and eggs. Reading of 8.2. Thought this was odd so checked again and 7.3 and then again 7.4. Using a TEE2 meter. Seems like 7.2 is a discrepancy. What would cause this?

I think I understand the difference between hbac1 and daily blood sugar. What I don't understand is how my hbac1 is 49 but readings from a meter are single digits. Is it because they are different things or just using different units of measurement?
