On the 10th (Friday morning ) I had a 4.9 !! yippee . But had a bit of a celebratory weekend and this morning 14th it's 10.2 !!! This has got to be a mistake ( Mind you I usually work out on Monday and didn't because of a badly sprained ankle ) .
6.1, and I have been very good carbwise, mine normally is that sort of figure of I eat too much the night before, even if low carb.
However I've had a not too bad cold for a couple of weeks so it must be that.
