90 minutes of walking today. Also spent 30 mins playing football In the garden with my 3yr old nephew.Nhs was the goalie and I spent all my time running around kicking and fetching the ball lol

30 minutes peddling. So cold and aching but I feel guilty these days if I don't do it.. Which is a good thing really.

Felt a bit better after tea but going back to bed now . Hey it's only a virus and will go soon . Manflu lol

it was so windy here that lif a trampoline was blown up and it got stuck in a tree .

Total of 60 minutes walking today, and I climbed the 11 floors of the office without stopping for the first time.

Glad you feel better enough to go to work. Today is a rest day as my throat sore and I'm off out tonight. Hoping to think of somewhere nice yo go tomorrow for a mooch and walk.

not diabetes but yuck . I saw something similar years ago and I have never tried smoking because of it

yuk indeed- I smoked for about three months at uni- probably one or two a day... though given everyone in the department smoked even in lectures, my intake was probably nearer 50 a day!
about 2 hrs walking today- might get on bike later as well or just sit doing some arm things as I've flabby arms, you know ;-)

I'm going to restart tomorrow , did dance on Friday night but not enough to say I'd done 30 minutes and to be honest still not 100% but I am a lot better.

Hanging pictures on a newly decorated wall... you are brave. We ( and I use that term very loosely aren't allowed to do that- Mr E has a motto that you can have a shelf or hook anywhere you like, but not there.)

Still, a mixture of plaster on plasterboard (easy) and plaster over stone (varies between very friable and impossible to drill, so choice of fixings is fun). But sometimes you think the only function of the picture is to hide the s***ing great hole you've just created in order to hang it
