What an awesome church service I just went to! I learned from the Talk about the process that leads to salvation, describing in great detail the Creation story, Man's rejection of God, Jesus dying for our sins and rising on the third day and ascending into Heaven to sit at the right side of God the Father, and now I'm working on repentance which means not just saying sorry but changing my lifestyle behaviours, difficulties with my persona and my understanding of the Truth. I'm back on the Smoking Quit although I did smoke a dog end - gross and minging - when I got indoors from the church but now I'm working on being smoke-free, God willing. I have faith I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me.
No more carbs for me, nor ciggies, God willing.
My blood glucose reading, now, at 1:08 Post Meridian British Summer Time, today, Sunday 6th August 2017 Anno Domini, is a reading of 8.8 Millimoles Per Litre, which is a bit alarming because I haven't eaten and only had 2 unsweetened cups of coffee with coffee whitener just now and a sugarless coffee with milk as part of the Refreshments at church.
The Vicar is very charming. He's called Bill and he presented me with a sticker with my name on it which I stuck to my black blazer.
Much love to you all. I love you all very much. You're my special online friends and I'd love to see you all well provided for, healthy, prosperous and happy.
Lots of love and cuddles,
From Johnny xXx.
