Actually, I love roasted garlic - it tastes delicious, but it does have the same rather antisocial side-effects you describe!Haha! you don't need to. I could strip paint at 2 paces.

How about a few chunks of cheese with a big, crunchy salad and a hot chocolate made with cocoa and cream (and sweetener, if you like it sweet)? When I first started LCHF I was advised on the forums to squash hunger pangs and cravings with high fat, high-satiety foods before the cravings could derail what I was trying to achieve.
