Hi, I'm wondering if there is anyone who might be able to suggest recipes to help get me cope with just having been diagnosed with dairy intolerance and also too much yeast. I have type 2 diabetes and trying to follow a low carb diet. Now it would seem that I can no longer have milk, cream, cheese, and as for yeast that seems to be in most foodstuffs other than meat.. I'm at a bit of a loss. Perhaps some of you have similar problems, I'd be grateful for any advice, Kate
