Can anyone help me. When I start to fill in the registration page it already has my user name in the email address book and is I delete that and put my proper email address in the box, then it tells me this email is already in use.

I'm not the most clued up person but I can't seem to work this one out.
 
I had the same problem, gave up in the end.
 
Thanks dawnmc, I have decided to give up too!

Disappointed though with the admin system, it has always been so good on this forum.

Hi there - can you log in at: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/login/ then click on 'Education & Apps' and then clocl on 'Low Carb Program'

If it still doesn't log in, can you message us here or PM and we'll get the password reset. Everything looks correct, so just want to check the procedure before doing a tech audit!
