Today
Breakfast - Gluten free porridge with fresh raspberries
Lunch - Salmon broken into pieces, mixed salad leaves, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, radish's, red onion, small pear
Dinner - Roasted chicken breast, roasted mixed veg including red pepper & onion, 2 small new potatoes. (Will be cooked by my husband) don't usually have a dessert.
Yesterday
Breakfast - 1 toasted slice of gf bread with grilled bacon and scambled egg
Lunch - Crackers with different cheeses and pickle, celery stick & sliced apple. Low fat plain yoghurt with blueberries.
Dinner - ate out at favourite restaurant that has gf menu. Grilled rump steak with peppercorn sauce, chips, mushrooms and salad.
