Happy for youYes its going well now down to 12 st 6 lbs and now officially non obesejust about where i'm comfortable...still doing my usual exercise 10 miles am and pm on exercise bike and weights + situps...thing that has been key to getting rid os excess fat

@david1968 try something not carb instead of meatloaf and see that 4.9 see you through the night to a lower fbg.
Even if feeling hypo protein won't work immediately but will carry you til dawn. Unless you have a history of fast dropping bgs?
Nuts, cheese, meat, pork scratchings or an egg. Small snack serving. Not sausage or anything in breadcrumbs. Give it a go. What bg are you at mo, before snack?I'll give that a try, thank you - any suggestions as to what to eat?
