Hi
I've decided to check out my actual sleep quality using a phone app for a bit to see what the results say. I started last night and this is the result I got in the pic below. My GP thinks I don't sleep too well and for quite some time my longest time asleep without waking is probably 3 hours. Even when I have a nap at home I get up a few times. My doc thinks I need to be sleeping properly and I'm not and he is of the opinion a lot of my health issues aren't too good because I lack sleep. I'm exhausted all the time anyhow. I'm on a few meds that would knock a healthy person out flat, but it doesn't do that for me because of symptoms. Last night it was my **** bladder spasming as I have a UTI on top of the bladder condition I've got. But then also I know this probably impacts my sugar levels too.
Just out of interest do any of you use sleep cycle apps? Do you find them useful?
RE: pic... those spikes in direction of 'awake' I remember being up out of bed a few times last night.
