Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

8.8 this morning. The highest it's been since I was diagnosed last August :eek: :arghh::banghead:. This MUST come down. A few days away for a wedding and a little off plan eating does not agree with me :(. Have a good day all!;)

Happy Monday Everybody.
fbg = 8.0 @ 0730
Testing a bit late this a.m. too much cheese thro' the night.
Yesterday went to gym 1.5 hours and did the ironing.
But no gardening.......it was raining, it was!
Today just house work.
Must stop watching T.V.
Bye

7.8 at 6.30am. Too high, but I don't seem to be able to get my morning readings down at all
@TooManyCrisps what carbs are you eating?
It's looking like either too much carb in your diet or your liver isn't being satisfied with protein supper. And immediate breakfast on rising.
These techniques will help bring your fbgs and regular bgs down if you're insulin resistant. Inturn bringing down your hba1c levels.
I'm not perfect. I forget one or a few techniques from time to time but the more you do the better. I hope this helps. :)
