Good Morning! 6.9 at 0620 after three roast potatoes with roast chicken last night - and no merlot. But now warmer weather seems to be arriving I will be eating more salad meals, and I am stopping statins from today in the 3 month approach to my 12 month HbA1c test. It will be interesting to see if that effects my readings.
