25 years of marriage and been 25 wonderful years

Going to treat Mrs Cumbs to our fave Italian restaurant this evening

In store for her there will be a bottle of champagne and I have bought my love a diamond and amethyst ring (she does not know this) I will ask our waiter to bring it to her with the champagne

I got home at 4 and 5 minutes prior a huge bouquet of flowers had arrived for Mrs Cumbs

She is sorting them into 3 vases lol

Just home. Phoned the doctors for my results, my HbA1c is now 56, down from 64 so pleased I am making slow progress. This is my best figure ever. My initial HbA1c was 112.

Don't know @liam1955 just asked for my diabetes scores. Next time I see doctor or DSN I will ask.

Evening all. Need glasses for close/ready but at moment not for anythink else, but things can change I'm told. Reading my last hba1c says my results were 41mmol = 5.9%. Is that still classes as diabetics Or pre? Having some heavy rain here @ debrasue. Lovely new photo'.

Thanks. That result was from end of February, not so sure it's normal now ha ha. But will keep trying, got cholestrol down to 3.3 and triglyceride down to 0.7 Wasn't easy but I have been bit easier on myself recently & been trying othere foods hope I've not messed up the good work.
