Good Morning

10/6/16 - Good Morning - absolutely throwing it down with RAIN here in York for the last hour. Don't mind if it continues all day, it is so much cooler and I prefer it like that. Hope you all enjoy your day and everybody is well.:) @mo53 - You can get that Bark put on the garden tomorrow now?

Good morning all Lancashire here raining here today a lot cooler now, have a good day everyone. :)

Good morning from a wet Scarborough. It is more like drizzle now. It smells wonderful outside. I've had a morning of housework! Yes @liam1955 i will get the bark on tomorrow. Smashing! Hope everyone has a good cool day. :)

Good morning everyone. Warm but overcast at moment. Have a great day all. @liam1955 sorry to hear about your leg, hope you managed to sleep?

Morning, it is dull and overcast here today, but I am off to London with Ed for a day out, really looking forward to it. I love to visit London (we are going by train) always a lot going on and the people milling about everywhere, you can feel the atmosphere, plus, the lovely company too :happy:

Dog finally awoke after second snooze, so managed to go out for my run with her and guess what I forgot to take....yep you got it....a poo bag:) anyway, she did the woopsie and I had to find a dog owner, ask for a bag and then search again for said woopsie... Which I did successfully..... Haha:)

Good morning from Lancashire rained most of night, just stopped, brightening up a bit not seen what the weather is for today yet, busy transcribing some wills for family history research. Have good day everyone, taking my granddaughter to her friends 4th birthday party later think I will give the bouncy castle a miss:wacky: !!!!!

11/6/16 - Good Morning from an unsettled and unsure what the weather is going to do today here in York? Enjoy your day, whatever you plan to do and stay healthy.:) It rained most of the night, and so it is fresh and cool today, but the sky is very grey and it could well rain more?

What a lovely start to the day!! :joyful:

@13lizanne - @mo53 - @ickihun - @Diamum5972 - @debrasue I took a picture at 9am this morning, it's from the left kneecap upwards. Enclosed is picture (hoping I've done it right?)
Owwwww!!! That looks seriously painful! Depending on where you whacked it, you might have popped your kneecap out and back in again, which would account for the terrible pain you were in yesterday. Sounds like it's RICE for you today, my lad. (No, step away from that tin of Ambrosia, William - you know perfectly well it stands for Rest, Ice, Compression. Elevation!)
I hope it feels better soon.
Cool slippers, though! ;)
Hugs xx

I 'forgot' the front door was open and I had been ready and waited 30 minutes to do the worst chore of my life = Food Shopping!! (R fannies about wasting time) and I walked into the edge/side of the door. And thought nothing of it, went shopping and on the way home my kneecap started 'throbbing'! and Painful. (What would take us a 20 minute car journey, took us an hour to get home - York Horse Races were on). I am using PIROXICAM Gel = that is for pain, inflammation, Arthritis etc. And woke several times during the night with red hot throbbing/pain. I am forever finding bruises about my body with bumping into things, but this has no bruising - looks like Bursitis as I cannot straighten or put any weight on my left leg. R wanted to take me to A & E to have it X Ray'd, but No Thanks.:) Thanks to you all for your kind words and caring. William xx

@13lizanne -Yes Anna my knee hit the edge/side of the open door. @ickihun - Vicky got my just reward for making you out to be older!!! :D Using big bag of frozen peas on it, which brings relief and this PIROXICAM Gel which I got on prescription but never used it - seems to "numb" it, which brings relief too. I am pleased with myself in getting the picture on here 1st time and getting it right:) William xx Looks like I will just have to sit and watch Football all day!!! :)
