I lost a lot of weight last year, about 30Kg, from 100Kg down to 70Kg. This was on a strict calorie counting diet based on GI.
Now I have started to gain weight because I have relaxed a bit. I would like to try a low carb diet, but I just love bread. Not the white plastic stuff but wholemeal or sourdough or any rustic bread with lots of seeds and nuts.
Is it possible to go on any of the low carb diets and yet have some bread?
