I always get higher readings on CodeFree too

6.2 this morning. I was fasting yesterday til dinner and had salad. I'm fasting again until dinner tonight...

Last reading in the 5s was 4 days ago (before my hedonistic treats!) and I'm expecting it to go down quicker as I'm doing 3 x 24 hour fasts in a row....

Morning all

My Codefree said 4.8 on this gorgeous Spanish morning.

I find my 16 day rolling average is usually similar to my Hba1c but I don't worry to much about each individual reading, I watch the trends.

Which, right now, I am happy with
