My wife washed my testing machine on our return from Hong Kong last night so until I get a new one (or it miraculously turns itself on again) I don't know. This is not a free pass. This is not a free pass.....

I do the same. Also my full limit has come right down on lchf. I cannot tolerate more than 2 mouthfuls of carbs.
Reducing insulin very very slowly but I want to be off insulin for xmas. Wish me luck?
