Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.3 @ 07:30 (Contour XT) 4.7 @ 07:30 (Wavesense Jazz). Cracked it, a sub 8 minute mile (7.44) just another 4 minutes to shave off...just a bit late for Rio.

4.7 this morning and I agree nowt better than fish and chips on the beach only thing comes close in my experience is a full English breakfast cooked on a camping stove on a beach some times I really do miss living in the South West.

Morning I'm on a 6.0 at 08:00.
Seems to have climbed a bit in the last few days, only thing I can put it down to is tomato's!! Anyone else have spikes with them?o_O

4.9... good but confusing! Ate more and bgl lower than when i ate less! Go figure... i think my body hates me. I had "breakfast" cheesy omlette a few nuts and berry tea. Waiting now to get the result... seeing as my body hates breakfast and then "lunch" at 4pm yesterday left me with 7s until 10pm... i dont get it.

From my sick bed ....
