Later tonight I think I will be having..... 2 x Breadcrumbed small pork/ham/cheese escalope type things I found in Lidl the other day. Boiled potatoes (no butter/salt) and boiled vegetables (peas/sweetcorn/broccoli/cauliflower/baby carrots). And maybe a little tomato sauce.
Breakfast;
Porridge made with water, with a splash of milk on the top - and 6 blueberries
Lunch:
1 x Sausage and 1 x bacon with salad
Tea:
4 x almonds
1 x 1.5" chunk of cheese
Tin of tuna (nearly whole tin), with 1 tablespoon of prawn mayo and spinach
1 x small chinese sauce plate with 3 raspberries, 4 blueberries with cream for dessert...which I had first before my main meal! ;-D
Just curious to what people ate today, weather trying for weight reduction or balancing carb intake.
attempting to push myself into gradually taking below 30 carbs a day or less. :-D
