Cauliflower base... Pizza toppings. See Feema's post above ours mist. They are yummy... and easy to make.... bet you could have a whole one instead of the baguette you had t'other day!

Mine was 4.4 this morning, I don't get DP or if I do it doesn't put me out of my range. Always keeping an eye on the basal, that is the trick.
