It is no wonder so many people on here are scared and in some cases terrified of diabetes or becoming diabetic. Reading through the flood of recent "Newsbot" posts it seems like fear mongering.
Having diabetes really isn't that big of a deal, unless you let it become one. Granted a few lifestyle changes are in order, some self education and maybe a little will power if your a chocoholic
But the changes made are beneficial to you anyway, he'll they are beneficial regardless, whether you have diabetes or not.
People really need to break out of their bubble wrap and enjoy life while you have it to live, stop worrying about this and that and just get on with your life, enjoy it!
I'll probably get a lot of hate directed at me for this post, which is fine, but sometimes you just have to suck it up and laugh.
Diabetes is your friend, it just means your a very sweet person..
Chin up, it's not like you've been condemned to an iron lung for the rest of your life. Now that really would suck!
Have a great day and stay out of my bread bin, I have a chicken sandwich cued up for later..
