Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Weighed yesterday 9st 3.4lbs so the same as last week, had my 6 monthly blood test and my HbA1c remained at 31, very happy I have maintained my reversal of my diabetes from my weight loss which to date is 9st 9lbs :)
 
Just found this forum, I get weighed on Wednesday, but that doesn't matter, I'll just post on Friday!!:D First weighed on 30 September 102.5 kg, last Wednesday 94.4kg . Happy and surprised with this. My BMI is now 28.5, so going in the right direction.

I did not lose anything last week - I have not weighed myself this week - reason I was away for the weekend and forgot to weigh myself this morning before heading off to work.
Because I was away for the weekend food choices were very limited and not a 'good' option among them, no shops within walking distance so could not do a thing about it. That being said I ate the cooked breakfast, avoided the cereals and the porridge. I ate a roll at lunch and only ate the main course for the evening meal - as I had no adverse effects I think I managed to keep the blood sugar levels within my tolerance range............ and to compensate I did do a lot of exercise....
Where possible in the future I am opting for self catering holidays - even when you tell them what you can eat they do not seem to be able to provide it - even at work when I attend meetings I end up eating salad leaves..............
The lack of acceptance and of a workable meal amazes me. Sorry moan over, weekend away was lovely, food was not great.

Will try and do the weigh in tomorrow morning.
 
18/11 - Morning People. For the 9th week in a row, I remain at 13 stone exact. I spent a week fasting from when I got up until about 2pm everyday and only had 1 meal per day. = still no weight loss? Oh well, must not complain as I am not putting any weight on:).

I also had 4 weeks not loosing anything, just stay on yout track, and soon you´ll loose...
but I did do what some bodybuilders call re-feed days 2 of them where I ate like 2000 calories and actually more fruit and more food in all for those days, the theory is that if the body thinks it is in real hunger, it puts the metabolism down, and then one can´t loose, I don´t know if it is just ******** or if it does matter, but some days after I did start to loose .
 
I got weighed this morning and I'm exactly the same as before, 10 stone 13. I had a shock though, my friend the practice nurse has died of a heart attack and now I'm home I have to resist the urge to comfort eat
