I did not lose anything last week - I have not weighed myself this week - reason I was away for the weekend and forgot to weigh myself this morning before heading off to work.
Because I was away for the weekend food choices were very limited and not a 'good' option among them, no shops within walking distance so could not do a thing about it. That being said I ate the cooked breakfast, avoided the cereals and the porridge. I ate a roll at lunch and only ate the main course for the evening meal - as I had no adverse effects I think I managed to keep the blood sugar levels within my tolerance range............ and to compensate I did do a lot of exercise....
Where possible in the future I am opting for self catering holidays - even when you tell them what you can eat they do not seem to be able to provide it - even at work when I attend meetings I end up eating salad leaves..............
The lack of acceptance and of a workable meal amazes me. Sorry moan over, weekend away was lovely, food was not great.
Will try and do the weigh in tomorrow morning.
