I guess because the assumption is no one would want to - I can't see any reason why someone in the uk who initially required a mmol/l pump would suddenly want to change to mg/dL If you just want to convert your readings into mg/dL because you're using an American website or something , there's a conversion tool here - http://www.diabetes.co.uk/blood-sugar-converter.html
