I'm doing a course on FutureLearn about obesity and one of the comments made by a participant was about the 'Slow Carb Diet'.
I hadn't heard of it before so I googled it. Sounds like a cross between low carb (but lowish fat) and 5:2 but it's 6:1. I may be wrong. I just had a quick look.
Has anyone tried it? I'm interested to here what you all think.
