Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.3 this morning. I blame about 4½ hours sleep for this. Bah humbug - must do better!

Me too went to bed at 1 am up at 4.30,been out all afternoon and still up and not at all tired,cannot explain why? K
