Were you in the 6s before bed? A low carb breakfast will start your day on a 5 or 6. Less huge spikes are definitely a winner. Your in the right bracket of spikes. I'm delighted for you. I bet tomorrow even lower fbg.

Hi Swiggy not quite has high has you,just got back from eating out this afternoon 6.3 this morning 8.8 after lunch,fine with mixed grill,it was a visit to garden centre and a scone and butter my sister bought,she by the way is type 1 I'm type2 her BG was 5.5, no justice.K9.9 after my pancakes. It could have been worse (or it may have been the four rosemary crackers I ate just before bed because I felt guilty about the pancakes).

Well I'm having the best day since I started lchf. Lovely to see you back @GeoffersTaylorI've had a bit of diabetes burnout. I haven't been testing recently and have been a bit more cavalier about carbs (but not excessively so). Back in the saddle a bit now. 5.3 FBG this morning and the same yesterday.
