Really stressed out yesterday with eye test and long wait. Fbs this morning gone up to 6.1 ! Proves that stress really does affect blood sugar, for me anyway.

My most recent hba1c result 2.9 my doctor believes I have reversed my type 2 Although he cannot remove me from the register as reversing type 2 is not yet officially recognised
