Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.3 at 5:50 am, have run out of 5's again.

Have you tried looking under the sofa? That's where Charley usually leaves them (sorry off topic,,,)

Just taken my blood glucose and it was 11.0

As @ickihun said Low Carb Healthy (higher) Fats has rally helped me. Please have a read and maybe give it a try?

7.2 no idea why, ate low carb and swam yesterday. Second test 7.1 so no margin for error. Oh well, guess we all get weird results once in a while - not stressing, that'll just put it higher! Off to swim.

Quite right honey, don't stress it! It works the other way too, low numbers when we deserve higher. Just another one of life's wee mysteries... Have a good swim
