02.00 hrs here in South Africa cannot sleep check sugar level 3.3 mmol/lAs requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.****. Over to other T2s now....
Good luck with you bg readings in hospital. Up here in the northern hemisphere it's quite difficult to keep to a low carb diet whilst being treated. Take careIn hospital (in Australia) - day 3 after double knee replacement on Tuesday. Fasting at 6am was 4.9 - night nurse totally panicked - wouldn't let me get up to go to the loo and immediately brought me 6 Jatz crackers with cheese (think in UK - Ritz are the equivalent). By breakfast 2 hours later - surprise surprise, I'd risen to 9.7. Now 2 hours after a breakfast of cheese and tomato omelette (and insulin) it's back to 7.7. Will see what lunchtime brings..........
