Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.1 - lovely sunny morning :) Off to Sheffield to pick up daughter from university, then on to a lovely hotel for the night - celebrating Hubby's, 50th birthday tomorrow. Eating at the restaurant tonight - and we are BOTH having pudding :D Will see what effect that has tinight/tomorrow!

Have a blast

On any other meds..there are quite a number which can cause abnormalities in the liver function readings.
Hi. Yes I'm on a couple of antidepressants, one being trazodone which is associated with abnormal liver function tests I believe. The Doc just said I may have a fatty liver but didn't really give me any pointers on what to do about it. Presumably, as I'm teetotal, losing weight and reducing my blood sugar would help.

Gentle hugs to you, hope you're feeling better today.

9.2 this morning :( Thanks for the kind words people, I was very late up this morning so I guess that's why its so high but I actually feel better than I did yesterday so hoping for an improvement Sunday morning.

5.0 at 4:50 am, I had to get up early to catch this one in the tub by stealth.

5.4 waking up at a beautiful hotel for hubby birthday. Had the loveliest day yesterday with the family - felt so much better and managed to knock the anxiety symptoms on the head for a bit :) Had first proper meal out since diagnosis which did lead to a spike of 9.4 at bedtime (it was the bread roll I'm sure, I had cheese for pud as after looking forward to a sugary treat, in the end I just didn't want one.)
