Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I stopped putting a protein product called Isowhey in my omelettes and yoghurt, to see if that was causing the higher fasting readings. It seems to have been the culprit but really cannot say if it was that keeping the readings in the sixes.

Well done I've never thought about taking protein supplements I see some of the others on the site taking them but I'll just try the old fashioned way for the time being I'm still trying to work things out even after 9 months

I am trying to put a bit of weight back on as I have gone below my target, that is why I tried the extra protein supplement. My weight has gone up a bit but that could be from the extra fat I have been eating.
