6.4 this morning which feels a bit like back to square one. When I figure out what causes the rise in my BG - which is certainly not food I am going to crack it

:***::***: 7.2 this morning - I know exactly what will have caused it - I had pie last night - pastry does seem to be my personal bugbear (it's just that home made steak and kidney pie every once in a while is not something I'm prepared to give up completely). Ah well - back to behaving myself!
