Good morning comrades I had a few spells of bad cramps in my legs during the night so not sure if this has contributed to my higher readings this morning of 8.7 @ 7-30 .

When I was on cholesterol medication a few years ago my doctor told me to drink tonic water has it has quinine in it and this helps the cramps. I would check with your doctor or diabetic nurse first wouldn't want to advise wrongly. But it certainly helped me! K

@berylc it's about 5.28 in our terms. divide 95 by 18.

That's great. 95 mg/dl is just over 5mmols and as an average outside the diabetic range.
