Hello everyone.
I have just moved from living in France for eleven years, back to UK. Before I moved, my bsl had dropped from pre-diabetic into the 'normal' range with daily readings on average of 5.5. I achieved this with the LFHC way of eating. We are living in temporary accommodation until we can move into our new home at the end of October and although it's tricky to stick strictly to LFHC, I'm trying hard to do so. Even so my readings are now not below 6.0, on average 6.2. I'm sure this must be due to stress and there's lots of it! I'm trying to relax and not stress over things but it's not easy. I just hope that my levels will drop eventually. Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.
