I have been looking for an alternative to bread for a while and have just found these. 0.4g of sugar per crispbread.
Happy days

What about the carb count? They look tasty.

That makes them 52% carbs, similar to white bread. A very good example of why you should ignore the sugar label if you want to reduce carbs.

I am always on the look out and check these crackers things all the time. I used to like Dr Karg

I now always walk away disappointed

Lidl rolls in the freezer for me.

However I am ok with Ryvita as well I just don’t have them all the time.

great idea about ryvita I am waiting on a rye intolerance test and if its ok I will try these too as I have been having oatcakes and I just noticed they are over 6 g carbs in 1 and they are tiny and I normally have 2 as a portion

I am just waiting for my one year as a diabetic to clock up in a couple of weeks, and then I plan to try out my new toy and make tiny rolls from various recipes I have been collecting.
The toy is a doughnut maker, it cooks 7 small round things from whatever is put into it. I will be using my test strips to assess their success, or not, and I will translate the recipes from cups to grams as I go.
That should keep me out of mischief up until Christmas.

I think you’ll find that Ryvitas are 6g carbs each too
