Staring at my lovely collection of recipe books, some belonging to my mother and grandmothers and most of which don't have carb counts, I was pessimistically thinking 'I can't use these again, I'll chuck them all out', including a glorious Madhur Jaffrey Ultimate Curry Book. I know I could adapt most recipes, but I have been using one low-carb book (Ultimate Keto Cookbook, Martina Slajerova) and am getting bored. I also know there are brilliant cooks on this Forum who invent/adapt recipes, but I was looking for suggestions for another low-carb/keto recipe book (I like books - somehow makes the recipe a little bit more special than a downloaded A4 sheet. To me anyway! I have loads from dietdoctor....).
Do you have a favourite book? This would also help when asked "what do you want for Christmas/your birthday?"
