What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@Granny_grump_ I saw my Dr yesterday for my blood work review. He checked my temp which was slightly elevated but wasn’t too concerned. He suggested a laxative so I’m trying that out. Aside from my elevated cholesterol, he seemed happy with my blood work and overall health.

@Troubled1 Glad you've seen a doctor and he doesn't seem worried about your raised temperature, sometimes the changes in our diets can make you sluggish I try and eat more vegetables to compensate this,if it doesn't I use a Mild laxative called Dulcoease, or Dulcolax we can buy these tablets in supermarket and small shops here but there must be a similar tablet that you can buy over where you live. I don't use anything on a regular basis has I don't think it's good for you but if I need to I use these tablets. Your local drug store or chemist has we call them should be able to advise you. Nothing worse for making you feel rotten,do hope your doctor has got it sorted hope your feeling better soon! K

I am well equipped with lucozade, glucogel and dextrose and these get me back up

@Cumberland i had noticed both you and Karen are all over the place recently it's strange especially if your not under the weather,just take care and keep your stash of goodies nearby just in case. My sisters terrified when she has an hypo but she is on her own and everything about her diabetes gets to her but she been type1 for 46 years now, but never a controlled diabetic hence her complications with it now. But she doesn't seem to care she's just had her op cancelled again because she needs a specialist team they are extremely concerned she may not come through it, her answer was well if I die on operating table at least I won't feel anything! But I know she's really frightened and it worries me. K
 
@NewTD2 We where on the low level chat site instead of this site with some chat, the low chat is usually only to post BG levels, wouldn't want to upset the apple cart so to speak! Not has young has you no I need my beauty sleep can't remember when I last stayed up until after midnight so will speak again in morning! Goodnight don't let the bed bugs bite! Kathleen
