I'd never have frozen a whole cauli or even florets before diagnosis. NOW, cauli aware and it's brilliant use..... can't wait for a cauli glut. Share anything you do Rachox please.

Apart from using it as a rice alternative the only other thing I’ve used it for, as @miahara said, I’ve made it into hash browns. This is the recipe I used:
