Google the health benefits of avocado. They’re amazing. I eat one a day. Everyday. Some with each meal.
It slows my protein down and keeps me very steady.

It’s probbaly the healthiest natural fat there is

I love avocado and started to have it in atleast one meal a day but slowed down, hoped I can start eating them everyday again!

How does your bs respond to them? When I eat them with protein I don’t spike vs protein alone but I’m also very low carb

It is a silly comparison but I just got so confused from reading so many different opinions about their benefits

Not so silly I think avo's are @Kristin251 Mars bar.

I try to have one a day, either in the green salad with VOO dressing or mixed in with celery, olives, garlic, humus and sauerkraut.
Lovely stuff. Lidl's do some fair priced ones

My b's is very varied at the moment and I'm only just starting to maintain a pattern in my bs but since I've been eating them more often it has seemed to calm down
Yup. Keeps mine rock steady. Since I am very low carb as it’s much easier for me to control my bs when avo is included. In fact my meals are based around avo and protein. Then I add a few veggies. I never get sick of it

They also improve poor cholesterol readings!
You aren’t kidding. I’ve been eating one a day for 4 years and I actually got a hand written report card marking next to each marker saying EXCELLENT. I have never gotten an excellent on any report card in 53 years lol. Now I have to incubate them for my hubby. They do need some caring and staging.
