Google the health benefits of avocado. They’re amazing. I eat one a day. Everyday. Some with each meal.
It slows my protein down and keeps me very steady.

It’s probbaly the healthiest natural fat there is

I love avocado and started to have it in atleast one meal a day but slowed down, hoped I can start eating them everyday again!

My b's is very varied at the moment and I'm only just starting to maintain a pattern in my bs but since I've been eating them more often it has seemed to calm down
Yup. Keeps mine rock steady. Since I am very low carb as it’s much easier for me to control my bs when avo is included. In fact my meals are based around avo and protein. Then I add a few veggies. I never get sick of it

They also improve poor cholesterol readings!
You aren’t kidding. I’ve been eating one a day for 4 years and I actually got a hand written report card marking next to each marker saying EXCELLENT. I have never gotten an excellent on any report card in 53 years lol. Now I have to incubate them for my hubby. They do need some caring and staging.
