How about this?

I wonder if the side effects are similar to the drugs that inhibit fat absorption?! :wideyed:

The carbohydrate will likely be fermented by bacteria in the intestine. This results in production of gas which may cause wind, bloating and/or abdominal pain. The details may be different but the emoji still stands.
