Morning 6 today

5.2 this morning. Another OK reading after a trial recipe - Toad in the Hole made with Keto flour mix - http://donnareish.com/low-carb-flour-mix/ - and Waitrose chipolatas. 2 hr reading following that was 4.6 a .3 rise so experiment week/ fortnight going well.

Good Monday everyone. Went our for a Korean dinner last night, ate everything except the rice. Fbs this morning is 5.2.

After I cook the rice and put it into 300 ml containers, I cool it down, then put in the freezer.

When I want rice, I get it out of the freezer and nuke it in the microwave.

Me too, except I use brown rice.
