Do you have a link or something that more fully describes what you're talking about? Because my instinct with anything that is called "pasta" is, right away, "Nope..."
I wonder whether you're talking about one of those not-actually-pasta products that are available now, like butternut squash fusili or carrot spaghetti?
I presume its something like fathead pizza dough made into pasta shapes? No good for me as Im intolerant to eggs & dairy
I'd give this a go. I can run it through my, now-redundant pasta machine and make linguini.
