Anyone tried this ?
I usually eat Lidl high protein rolls when I feel like bread but came across this when doing a search for alternatives.

https://lodough.co

Seems quite expensive but to keep in for the occasional pizza or wrap may be handy.
7.9 grams carbs per 100g or 2.2 grms per 28grm serving

Just wondering if anyone has tasted and cooked with them

"Lo-Dough is different. It's not a wrap and it's not a slice of bread.
It's bread reinvented, a new way to enjoy the convenience and taste of bread with 90% less carbs and more fibre than the healthiest wholemeal loaf."

Sounds good to me! I wonder if anyone tried it yet

I tried a sample pack of two pieces - used one as a wrap which I liked, the other I used as a pizza base and it was okayish. They really filled me up for a long time. The price puts me off buying any more though.

Have made bread in the past but seems either too eggy or too almonds lol so now just don't bother and stick to Lidl rolls occasionally.
