Hi and welcome
@fronty
I see that your profile says you have Reactive Hypoglycaemia. If that what is limiting your diet choices? Or are there other factors at play?
As a fellow RHer, I found that I was able to eat any very low carb food without RH repercussions, which was a relief.
My way of eating has evolved quite a lot over the last few years, but through that time, my meals have always needed to be low carb (no bread, rice, pasta, potato, sweet fruit or sugar) - so basically protein and veg.
I won't pretend to stick to that perfectly! I am human. But the lower carb I go the better I feel.
Snacks that have always worked for me are things like
Nuts
cheese
very dark choc (at least 70% cocoa solids)
cold meat
eggs (hard boiled, egg mayo, etc)
peanut butter
other nut butters
seaweed thins
olives
there are a few bought snacks that work too, these include
Adonis bars
Peanut 9bars
Pork scratchings (the good brands, not the ****** ones that use monosodium glutamate and sugars for flavouring)
I find I can tolerate carbs much better if they are gluten free, but that may be a personal ideosyncracy
