Minimed reservoir connections

Hi all! Sorry I feel like I’m posting every week on this site at the moment.

I’m just wondering if I am doing something wrong when connecting my minimed reservoirs to the tubing connector. Once I’ve filled the reservoir with insulin and go to connect it to the tubing , i push it into the connector and twist it until I hear the ‘click’ but it doesn’t exactly lock into place and will still turn round. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong ?

Hi @Juicyj it’s the minimed mio 30s and 180ml reservoir with the 640g

Hi @sophc ok unfortunately I haven't used the mio 30, my only thought is that providing it cannot come loose despite clicking and still turning and that the insulin is flowing freely then it shouldn't be an issue, however I would suggest calling the Medtronic helpline tomorrow morning just to run through it with them.

It's normal, mine does that too.
