Anyone an idea for antacids not loaded with sugar please. I like mucogel but can’t find sugar content
 
Stopping all tomatos and onions cleared my need for antacids... couldnt tolerate them so gastroenterologist said avoid in every type of food and it would go. He was right.

No sugar involved..
 
I used to suffer a lot with indigestion pre diabetes diagnosis. Since being on a low carbohydrate diet I no longer get it. However I digress. I just took a look at a bottle of Gaviscon I have in the back of the cupboard, not used anymore and it says on the bottle “this product is sugar free”. Hope that helps.
