For users of Patient Line, I’m suggesting you check your repeat prescriptions. I went to log in yesterday and found the site had been updated. After checking the appt time that was the purpose of my log in, I explored the new site and I went into the repeat prescription section. All my repeats are usually 2 months supply but about half of them are now only 1 month’s worth. I rang the surgery and they said there’d been a glitch during the change over to the new site and it would be fixed soon.
